Carlito Holt is a Founding Member of Provident Design Engineering (PDE) and Managing Partner. PDE is a Civil, Site and Traffic Engineering Consulting firm located in Hawthorne, NY, Westchester County.
He has over 20 years of experience in the industry working on commercial developments from 5,000 to over 2 Million square feet, and residential developments ranging from 10 to over 2,000 units. Carlito has successfully managed numerous projects in the region and is looking forward to promoting future development work and being involved with the decision making of activities provided by the Partnership to assist in making Sullivan County grow. He is a 2020 graduate of the Leadership Westchester program hoping to use his skills to make a positive impact for the Partnership and the County.
In his free time Carlito enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. He especially likes spending time outdoors hiking or playing a round of golf.
