For the past twenty-two years, Scott Perry has served as the Vice President, and co-owner of Atlas Security Services Inc. A Goshen NY-based, 400-employee company that provides security guards and mobile patrols, throughout NY’s Hudson Valley region. In that position, Scott is responsible for business development and the daily implementation of security and safety protocols at client sites. Those clients include numerous municipalities, a multitude of school districts as well as some of the largest private sector entities in the area. In addition to serving on the SCP Board of Directors, Scott serves on several boards, in the charitable, educational, and business support areas.
In 2000, shortly before retiring from the NYPD as a Sergeant, Scott moved his family and their horses to Orange County. Their daughter Heather graduated several years ago from SUNY Morrisville, with a degree in Ag Business and later an MBA (Equine Management). With the family’s involvement in the horse industry, and his love of hiking, Scott has a strong commitment to sensible economic development that strengthens our community.
