Vanessa McPhillips is the Director of Economic Development Strategic Planning for the Sullivan County Partnership for Economic Development. In addition to administering the Partnership’s two Revolving Loan Fund Programs, Vanessa assists with real estate searches and website and social media management. Vanessa is a graduate of Liberty Central School District and Binghamton University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics with a concentration in Financial Analysis and a Master of Arts degree in Economics. Vanessa interned in the Finance Department for Granite Associates, LP for two years completing research projects and assisted in the reconciliation of historical and present balance sheets. While finishing her master’s degree Vanessa was a Graduate Student Assistant Proctor for the Binghamton University Testing Center. Vanessa is currently enrolled in a multi-year post graduate certification program where she will be designated a Certified Economic Developer upon completion. When she isn’t analyzing economic data, she enjoys cooking and traveling.
